Setup, fees and responsibility
What does Pleddy cost?
There is no start fee. The team keeps 100% of raised funds and Pleddy invoices 20% of these as a fee.
How is Pleddy's share paid?
After the campaign, Pleddy reconciles the result with the responsible organiser and provides the basis and instructions for Pleddy's share. The supporter's Swish payment to the campaign is separate from that settlement.
Which Swish number can the team use?
Primarily the team's or association's Swish number. The person starting the campaign is responsible for ensuring the number may be used for that fundraiser.
What happens when the campaign ends?
Because support is Swished directly, the money is already with the recipient. Pleddy then reconciles the result with the responsible organiser and handles Pleddy's share through the separate settlement process.
For supporters
Payment and support
Does the money go directly to the team?
Yes. The supporter Swishes directly to the Swish number selected for the campaign. The donation amount does not pass through Pleddy.
Does the team need to sell anything?
No. Pleddy does not require product selling, ordering, stock, delivery or distribution for the team to fundraise.
What should I do if something goes wrong?
Pleddy provides manual support for problems involving Swish, email or digital rewards. Support is handled by email.

What is a digital thank-you?
After supporting, the supporter may be able to choose a digital thank-you or reward. It is not a product sold by the team.
Does the supporter have to use the digital thank-you?
No. A digital thank-you or reward is optional for the supporter.

What can a partner provide?
Partners can provide digital rewards or offers that fit Pleddy's fundraising model. The exact setup and terms are agreed together before anything is offered through Pleddy.
